EDUCATION

University education in Pharmacy.

Desirable: Quality training.

Language knowledge: English & Spanish.

EXPERIENCE

Experience of at least 1 year in QC/QA/Laboratory or production areas in Life Sciences, Food, Biotechnological, or Analytical laboratory companies.

SKILLS

Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Communication and reporting capabilities.

Methodical, organized, and meticulous practices.

Proactive & decisive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the current certifications defined by company management.

Ensure the application and constant improvement of the company's quality assurance system, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.

Support in the review of technical documentation, specifications, and certificates of analysis.

Review and internal release of CoAs.

Support in recording and monitoring deviations, change control, claims, corrective, and preventive actions. Prepare related documentation and conduct follow-ups.

Support during internal and external audits.

Support in supplier evaluation, follow-up, and materials homologation.

Support in customer satisfaction management.
