Job Summary:Check / inspect, test and monitor standard specifications from raw materials, in-process, finished goods and storage (if applicable) based on established specification guides; Comply with and implement the hygienic practices (e.G. personal hygiene, equipment, tools, work areas) based on established quality system i.E. 5S, SSOP, GMP, HACCPResponsible for keeping and maintaining records.Generate comprehensive reports and manuals.Perform duties related to work as may be required.Strictly follow Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any courses related to science.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.6 months / 1 year experience in Meat processing, knowledge of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Procedures for Food Preparation is an advantage.Highly organized.Knowledgeable in computer applications.Good attention to detail and follow-up.Good oral and written communication skills.Proactive and able to lead with own initiative.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
