Provide proactive and reactive technical support to the production teams to help maintain optimum process efficiency.
Get knowledge on dairy/food chemistry and product science to improve overall competency.
Provide technical expertise and support on key projects as necessary.
Apply continuous improvement efforts in quality by deploying CI techniques including SPC and MSA.
Identify areas of improvement in the workflow processes to solve routine problems effectively.
Perform laboratory testing of incoming raw materials and outgoing products, record laboratory data, and help prepare the audits of the laboratory.
Manage LIMS as a user.
Collect data required for validation activities aligned with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accuracy of QC data and records.
