Job Description: Support product quality improvement and sensory analysis efforts in assigned category and improve customer satisfaction. Provide proactive and reactive technical support to the production teams to help maintain optimum process efficiency.
Gain knowledge on dairy/food chemistry and product science to improve overall competency. Provide technical expertise and support on key projects as necessary, teaching technical aspects.
Apply continuous improvement efforts in quality by deploying CI techniques including SPC and MSA.
Identify areas of improvement in workflow processes to solve routine problems effectively.
Perform laboratory testing of incoming raw materials and outgoing products, record laboratory data, and assist in preparing laboratory audits. Manage LIMS as a user.
Collect data required for validation activities aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain accuracy of QC data and records.
