Monthly review, tracking and categorization of complaints from all plants in Europe.
Optimize the use of the software used for claims management.
Development, creation and improvement of reports and dashboards according to needs.
Participate and organize global standardization programs on food quality and food safety issues in Europe (e.g., standardization of control plans).
Participation in the Foreign Objects Project: follow-up of objectives, follow-up of complaints, awareness campaigns, monthly meetings.
Collaboration in the development of customer requirements/needs (e.g., technical data sheets, DNA-specific document Mercadona).
Internal Audits: Supplier audits to ensure the quality and food safety of raw materials.
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring and analysis of supplier complaint trends and consumer complaints trends: KPIs, analysis and interpretation of data.
Implementation of preventive actions and verification of their effectiveness.
Follow-up of corrective actions and action plans proposed by suppliers.
