You will play an integral role in this overall dynamic.
You will be joining as the Product Owner of the analytics and NLP team. You will be responsible for bringing business-side expertise to the Scrum team to prioritize work and ensure we are constantly delivering the highest value for clients.
You will work closely with the other Product Owner and the rest of the product leadership team to establish and monitor quarterly objectives and stay aligned on delivering against our strategy. In addition, you will develop and operationalize a strategy on how to make engagement with the Datamaran community more product-led. This entails working with relevant members of the Accounts & Community team to redefine and relaunch the client forums, create opportunities for structured client engagement, and lead pilot programs.
What we are looking for:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be working closely with our QA team and tech team. We are using Testcafe as a testing framework for automation. You will play a key role in guiding/mentoring the QA engineers. You will also help us out in identifying and adding QA controls on data processes, internal products, and APIs we have in place. The workplace favours having free-form discussions, having space for making your own decisions, and focusing on continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
Key Skills and competencies:
At least 5-6 years of experience in creating/maintaining automation test framework
At least 2-3 years experience in leading and mentoring QA team
Experience with any REST API testing frameworks
Thorough understanding of any Javascript based test automation framework, such as TestCafe or WebdriverIO
Ability to develop and maintain a robust, optimized framework that catches issues along with automating regular business workflows
Good functional testing skills and ability to create and write test cases/scenarios for manual/automation testing
An excellent eye for detail
Well organized and able to manage own time efficiently
Good to have competencies:
Experience in working with version control software (Bitbucket, Github etc.)
Experience with Jira, Clickup or any other project management framework
Experience with Databases
