Your work matters!Your main responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans for backend systems, web applications, and APIsCreate and maintain test cases and test dataCollaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issuesParticipate in the design and development of automated testsIdentify and document defects and track them in Azure DevOpsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our software productsContinuously improve testing processes and methodologiesYour profile:University degree, vocational training or equivalent experience in IT or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in testing backend systems, web applications, and APIsStrong understanding of testing methodologies and best practicesExperience in creating and executing test plans and test casesKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScriptExperience in automated testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or PlaywrightStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plusBenefits:Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months) Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
