You will help the existing engineering team build test cases, validate software releases, and ensure that end users have a great connectivity experience. Our QA Engineers are not pure black box testers; they are more grey box, able to understand software internals, debug problems using log files, and write automated tests with Python/Perl/Java scripts and/or user-level automated tools. QA Engineers work with Software Development Engineers and Business Owners to understand technical implementation of features.
