European Union - Contract **REF: AM11017** **Senior QA Engineer - Remote in the EU - Freelance: 6 month contract + extensions option to go perm** Orbis have been retained by a global cybersecurity business in Eindhoven who require a Senior QA Engineer to join them on a freelance basis.
This is an initial 6-month extendable freelance opportunity (with strong likelihood of extension and opportunity to go permanent).
The ultimate goal is to define, implement, and execute software quality assurance processes and test cases.
The necessary background required entails the following: Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
A background in networking and/or network security.
Linux OS is necessary.
Ansible or Python or both programming languages.
Cloud and virtualization technologies, such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Rates are negotiable depending upon experience, circa 30-40 EUR/hr.
You would be required to be onsite for an initial onboarding week and also travel once every 4 - 8 weeks for a few days (flexible + negotiable).
