Join one of the fastest-growing startups in this QA Engineer role!What You Will Be DoingDefine testing strategy and team up with our Software Engineers to implement the automated testing plan across the multiple application layersRigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product defectsWork closely with software developers and stakeholders to ensure that acceptance criteria are testableDesign and manage comprehensive test plans for each feature releaseWork to identify root causes of issues and partner with engineering team members to resolveAct as the technical test resource to project teams, ensuring reported defects have the information required to address and resolve themDocument and manage the process for reporting production defectsAct as liaison between engineering and other departments to determine next steps and communicate defect statusWork effectively within a team environment, regularly solicit and act on feedback, focus on root causes, and continually strive to improveWhat We Are Looking ForFunctional/regression testing design and execution experience using multiple techniques such as test automation, exploratory testing, testing in production, and others.Experience with Cypress / PlayWrightExperience with testing strategies and automation of Mobile products (Android and iOS), Web products and Desktop products (Linux, macOS, Windows)Working knowledge of React, Typescript, and or other development experienceExperience with mobile, web and desktop automation tools Experience with testing internal and external APIs and working with Service-Oriented applicationsAbility to debug and troubleshoot problems, not simply identify themDemonstrated knowledge of software engineering in testing within agile processes; how QE can help software teams deliver greater business valueMobile Automated and performance testing experienceExperience testing on multiple devices, browsers, apps and platformsSolid professional experience in a similar role
