eero is looking for a highly focused QA Engineer to work on critical web application testing projects that keep our platform running smoothly. You will help the QA team validate software releases and ensure a great customer experience.You'll work closely across multi-functional development teams to help discover, recreate, and debug issues. You will have the opportunity to contribute and grow our web automation code and framework.At eero we believe in encouraging career growth through on-the-job learning and skills development.Key job responsibilities Participate in the software development life cycle from beginning to endCreate and execute test plans for existing products and featuresWork with development teams to define testing protocol for new features as they are designed and developedProvide additional cross functional test support for other team membersDevelop test scenarios from requirements and ensure maximum requirement traceabilityProviding detailed bug reports to the Engineering Team using JIRAWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Virtual Location - BRABASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent3+ years in a Quality assurance role out of which at least 2+ years are in testing mobile applications.Combination of solid in-depth knowledge of quality assurance, solid understanding of web/mobile technologies, as well as knowledge of automation tools.Passion for all things mobile - especially applications on phones and tabletsExperience working on different applications and operating systems: iOS and various flavors of AndroidExperience manually building apps onto the simulator or devices with Xcode and Android StudioAbility to work independently and within a testing teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with consumer networking hardware such as routers, switches, wireless access pointsSome level of mobile or web automation (using Selenium, Appium, Robotium, UIAutomator etc) experience.Experience testing cloud APIs#J-18808-Ljbffr
