Quality Assurance

Over de functie Carry out specifically defined activities in terms of quality guarantees and/or quality assurance systems with the aim of contributing to the optimisation of quality within the organisation.Key Responsibility tasks:
- Releases and conformity of batches of raw materials.
- Review and drafting of documentation (internal protocols, change controls, CAPAs, regulatory documentation)
- Investigation and management of claims and returns
- Customer service in quality complaints

- University degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality department
- Efficient and structured way of working
- Excellent skills to manage stakeholders and engage with people
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
