Job Description What you'll do Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a modern QA strategy focused on coaching, mentoring, and advocacy. Promote a quality-first mindset, ensuring engineers take ownership of quality while QA acts as mentors and enablers. Lead and develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the QA organization. Provide regular updates on compliance, quality metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. Partner with engineering teams to align QA efforts with product development goals from the earliest design stages.
