As the Compliance and Quality Assurance Director, you will redefine how quality is perceived and executed.
Your mission will be to embed quality into the DNA of our teams, driving a mindset shift where engineers take ownership of quality, supported by world-class tools and systems built by the QA team.

What you'll do Strategic Leadership Define and implement a modern QA strategy focused on coaching, mentoring, and advocacy.
Promote a quality-first mindset, ensuring engineers take ownership of quality while QA acts as mentors and enablers.
Lead and develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the QA organization.
Provide regular updates on compliance, quality metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Partner with engineering teams to align QA efforts with product development goals from the earliest design stages.
Platform Development and Tools Build scalable frameworks, tools, and analytics to empower engineers to test efficiently and effectively.
Develop automated solutions for monitoring production quality, compliance, and auditing.
Continuously improve testing infrastructure to minimize bugs while enhancing development velocity.
