Join TUI as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality within a range of our TUI Hotels and destinations. You will monitor and identify actions to create memorable holidays for our guests. ABOUT THE JOB Analyse relevant reports and information sources to base any actions on actual data. Support destination teams and hotel partners by providing your analysis and plan improvements accordingly. Be fully informed of the qualitative development in destination and our strategy to support implementation. Provide genuinely helpful service in response to a variety of supplier & TUI colleague questions. Provide additional support to our guest-facing and back-office teams as and when required. Daily contact with suppliers & colleagues in destination to eliminate reoccurring issues by solving the root cause. ABOUT YOU Fluent in English and able to drive. Fluency in Spanish will be an advantage. A genuinely helpful, flexible, professional, and mature personality. Strong negotiation & organizational skills – able to communicate with international suppliers & TUI colleagues. Data lead - comfortable with reporting, forecasting and turning data output into real action. Collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & behaviours required. Willing to be 'out and about' on a daily basis - this position is not fully office-based (visits to hotel resorts are required). From a workplace to a place to belong.
