Quality Assistant In Barcelona, Spain
The quality assistant will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our flash sales, in terms of rates and availabilities. He/she will be responsible for the benchmark process enabling the measure and the monitorization of the competitiveness of our flash sales.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Key Measures of Sales countries or Sales areas analysis Benchmark all the flash sales to ensure their competitiveness in different defined stages Monitorization of each offer and follow-up of the performance prior and post benchmark Coordination with Digital Content & Sales departments and other teams Participation to the optimizations and automations of the benchmark process and tools Anticipate new consumption trends and respond to demand Competitive intelligence Depending on the workload, possibility to work on other quality management processes Key skills/ work experience: Strong analysis skills and knowledge of Excel main functions. Creative and problem-solving capabilities. Pragmatic, organized, rigorous. Autonomous, self-driven, self-motivated. Team player, led by example. Top class presentation and communication skills. Comfortable in a fast growing and changing environment. Integrity, loyalty. Qualifications: Languages: Native French Fluency in one additional language is required: English or Spanish Strong working ethics and adaptability. Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
