ResponsibilitiesDriving quality assurance measures and testing standards across the business.Review software requirements to ensure they are clear to all aspects of the business.Work closely with Business Analysts & Product owners to determine the scope of testing on projects.Create and execute manual tests to check the functionality of the software works as expected.Raise issues with the development teams when the platforms do not behave as expected.Work with business stakeholders to identify the priority and severity of defects raised and assign them to the correct parties.Re-test defects that have been fixed by the development teams.Create, implement, and maintain test repository in Practices.Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.Communicate test progress, results, issues impacting deliverables, and all relevant information to project stakeholders.Engage with internal & external teams to identify, facilitate, and resolve any dependencies/workarounds and solutions to achieve testing timelines.QualificationsSpanish & English fluency is required.Experience in Online gaming systems preferred.Demonstrable experience in Software Quality Assurance experience.Experience in defect management tool JIRA or any other defect management tool is highly desirable.Experience in Agile development (Scrum) is highly desirable.Ability to analyse business requirements and create testing documentation.Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers and can tailor communications to meet the stakeholder's needs accordingly.Confident when dealing with multiple projects and changing priorities.Additional InformationWe'll also invest in your growth by providing development opportunities, leadership training, and cutting-edge industry certifications so you have the tools and resources to help you work, win and grow with us.
