Position: Dutch Quality AnalystLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContinuously follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities.Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies.Develop process documentation and aggregate feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools.Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root causes.Mentor the team on the use of audit tools and systems.Deliver trainings to the team on new or changing policies as well as refresher trainings on existing policy on an as-needed basis.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
