Do you want to be part of a large industrialization project in Belgium?
We need an engineer specialized in production processes and operations, ideally in the aerospace sector specifically for the position of QUALITY ADVISOR, to join our client's projects in Belgium.
Mission
As a Quality Advisor, you validate product conformity with customer requirements through process, environmental and product controls. You'll be at the heart of the workshop, responding to problems as they arise and helping to resolve them.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Carrying out conventional inspections, following inspection plans, and assisting operators in carrying out their inspections.
Verify the correct application of procedures in your sector;
Participate in setting up and monitoring the production control delegation.
Collaboration with production and competence centres in the following areas: Priority management
Raising operators' awareness of product quality;
Participation in the analysis and resolution of technical problems;
Supervision of personnel certification;
Control of the working environment (prevention);
Drafting of inspection reports in French and English;
Quality representation at customer audits.

Requirements Education:
Degree in (electro) mechanics/aeronautics or equivalent experience
Fluent in French and have a working knowledge of English (comprehension and writing essential);
Experience and knowledge:
1 to 3 years' experience in an industrial environment
Experience in managing daily activities in a production environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems and experience coordinating audits.
Skill in establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
Proficient in the Office Suite; knowledge of Catia and SAP is a plus
Basic knowledge of Lean tools (Ishikawa diagram, 5S, 5Why's, etc.).
Others
You are rigorous, autonomous and stress-resistant;
You can demonstrate creativity to contribute to the continuous improvement of your sector;
You can read and interpret plans.
You are available for work breaks (morning - afternoon - night).
