What you'll do: Working with the Director of Architecture, other Architects in the team, and the ITSG Leadership, you will define Architecture Strategy, Architecture Roadmaps, and Architecture Designs for our IT Platforms and Services.
You will focus on and be responsible for creating and reviewing the overall Architecture Strategy of our business to support the strategic requirements of the business.
The successful Enterprise Business Architect will be passionate about working at all levels of the organisation to develop the business architecture strategy that will support the growth ambitions of our company and the needs of our customers.
This will include identifying needs to align and integrate processes across the entire Operating Model from Products through to IT Services to support Operational Excellence.
You will need to bring experience and a collaborative mindset to implement and embed the right level of Architecture Governance across IT Platforms and Services to ensure they are "Designed to be Secure", "Designed to Run", and "Designed to support Customer Products."
Develop the enterprise-wide business architecture and processes to support the Business Strategy and ensure that strategic change is embedded in the management of the organisation.Support the Director of Architecture in leading the definition of the Business Architecture Capability Strategy and Business Architecture Roadmaps for the business to meet the requirements of the business.Liaise with business units, Product Management, Product Development, IT Services, and Cyber Security to define the Business Architecture Capability Strategy.Develop and deploy Architecture Governance by setting appropriate strategies, policies, standards, and practices that support the goals and objectives of Lionfish.Ensure that all Architecture Design is "Designed to be Secure" by working closely with Cyber Security to embed policies, standards, and requirements into the design.Ensure that all Architecture Design is "Designed to Run" by working closely with IT Services to align the design with Service Management and Operations service levels, policies, processes, and standards.Support all Architects to ensure that all changes to Information Technology are controlled by Architecture Governance.Provide guidance to all other functions and customers when required.Deliver tools, methods, and approaches to support the adoption of the Business Architecture changes.Drive adoption and implementation of the Architecture Framework, Standards, and Guidelines.Be a leader in Business Enterprise Architecture.
