The RoleWe are looking for a Head of Account Management to join our CX team. You will report directly to the Global Director of AM and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute an upselling, retention, satisfaction, and activation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business.
