Focusing on our core markets this role will work alongside Regional Sales Managers and the Global Partnerships Team Manager to deliver revenue growth. This will come from partners working with us to create new pipeline that our sales team can support whilst also creating partners that can sell, onboard & manage new customers independently.Our solution is already used by many international, billion dollar revenue customers. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, highly collaborative & embrace working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.What will you do?The role, reporting to Global Partnerships Team manager will be responsible directly for the growth of regional market pipeline and revenue generated via channel partners.Identify and develop new market opportunities through a Regional Strategy & align GTM efforts with Regional Sales Managers & AEs.Create a pipeline of potential & new partners by initiating contact and building relationships with key stakeholders in your market.Champion enablement and marketing events dedicated to current and prospecting partners.Understand and deliver our narrative, providing a clear value proposition to new partners.Understand our product & onboarding process; in order to help both directly & indirectly upskill existing partners to become more autonomous.Share success & enable strong partner collaboration along with your regional sales team.Support sales enablement and marketing initiatives around brand awareness, market positioning and demand generation.Acquire and elevate new industry knowledge related to trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.Support partners by evaluating their capabilities, guiding their enablement, monitoring their success, and advising corrective action as needed.Build and maintain relationships between our Customer Success and the partner ecosystem.What do we expect from you?Experience in Partnership recruitment & management & development.Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up.A proven track record in delivering channel growth.Strategic mindset, able to clearly articulate and present a plan.Experience evaluating performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.Outstanding relationship management skills, curious, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales.Must speak native/fluent Spanish and business Portuguese or English.Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not a requirement.What do we offer?Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.Competitive salary and perks.Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus).A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership.
