Role: We are looking for a methodical Customer and Market Insights Manager to understand customer needs and preferences regarding product designs, features, willingness to pay, purchase decision factors, etc.
The successful Customer and Market Insights Manager will be able to design adequate experiments to gather qualitative and quantitative data, analyze it autonomously, identify key insights and trends, and make actionable recommendations to the teams they support.
This position is a role within the Customer Experience (CX) team, working closely with Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities:
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.Maximize internal resources and customer interviews to map and validate Wallbox' customer journeys, promoting your findings as the basis for all projects moving forward to transform Wallbox into a truly customer-centric organization.Develop Wallbox' market understanding, building 360º knowledge about attitudes, usages, and perceptions towards the EV environment and brands e.g.
Wallbox buyer and user personas.Lead (from design to launch) transversal marketing projects across Wallbox.Compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using modern and traditional research methods.Support the Product team to validate new ideas, concepts, and products at all innovation stages, also support Sales in routes-to-market validation e.g.
with new offerings in public charging.Design the research methodology for Wallbox projects and voice-of-the-customer programs and work with members of the team to execute surveys & analyze results.Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research and implement best practices. Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience of which 4+ in market research.Proven market research analysis experience.Proven project management skills.Ability to work on multiple projects at once.Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases, and MS Office.Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen.Familiarity with CRM programs.Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.
).Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining.Strong analytical and critical thinking.BS degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field, master's degree a plus.Experience in CDP a plus.Advocate for CX and the importance of the voice of the customer for corporate strategy is a must.
