Role purposeThis is a Global role with an accountability to create, align and agree the Proposition Strategy for Vodafone Business. This role will cover Proposition Strategy for Global SME business segments.
The key responsibilities of this role are:Consolidate available market insight and, where necessary, commission new insight to establish emerging customer trends, needs, challenges, and pain points.Create, develop and manage a Propositions framework that seamlessly connects overarching Vodafone Business strategy and revenue ambition to a set of key Proposition themes identified through market insight.Work collaboratively with the Vodafone OpCo Markets, Lines of Business, and other relevant stakeholders to identify the solutions and products that will comprise the propositions and enable our customers to deliver tangible business outcomes. Be open to best practice already present in the Vodafone Business markets.Use Market data and other relevant data points to create the necessary models to size the market opportunities and prioritize the Proposition themes and potential solutions.Define a clear view on competitive activities around those propositions to determine opportunities.Define the commercial model applicable to each of the propositions.Work with the Opco markets, Line of Business, Technology, and Business Transformation teams to define the most suitable way for delivering the propositions to the identified segments. Create a clear roadmap to determine the timing when the propositions are brought to market and identify all dependencies. Build the business case for change.Test emerging solutions with customers to understand likelihood of purchase and price points. Specifically address the Customer Experience requirements.Recommend changes to the current Propositions roadmap identifying any material impact on the Vodafone Business LRP and the level of investment required.Track and monitor commercial performance of all Vodafone Business Propositions, refreshing, evolving, and introducing remedial actions as required.Key accountabilities:Define the Vodafone Business Propositions framework and make recommendations on its adoption/evolution.Agree and align with relevant stakeholders a prioritized and sized propositions roadmap.Identify and interlock key impacts to DB, LRP and investment requirements.Track and monitor Proposition performance.What you bring?Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Social Media or Market development.A strategic, commercial, technical, and operational mindset with evidence of creating, agreeing and delivering winning strategies and execution plans.Understanding of the complete ICT spectrum for SME - Connectivity to XaaS to Managed/Prof. Services.Understanding of SME customer needs and ICT buying behaviours (vendors, channels, journeys, solutions); ability to use/drive insight.Understanding of different local market dynamics; economic factors and firmographics.Fluent English written and spoken.Why Vodafone?At Vodafone, we are concerned about being a company committed to diversity as an engine of change.
