CARD OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS – BANKING OPERATIONS – OPENBANK Country: Spain Mission and Responsibilities: Incident management.
SLA control.
Implementation of card projects.
Review of VISA and MC changes.
Support for the Control Model team.
Access management for operating equipment.
Documentation control, manuals, regulatory changes.
Monthly reviews with the partner, reporting of KPIs, search for improvements and efficiencies in current flows.
Collaboration with the IT team - cards and fraud and disputes.
Budget management.
To be successful in the role you must have: Experience from other projects related to cards and frauds (3-4 years).
Knowledge of the world of debit and credit cards, world of payment processing, Redsys, VISA, MC.
Knowledge of payment methods, credit card flows, card settlements process.
German language B1-B2.
Studies related to Business Administration, Law or Engineering.
