Job Title: Executive Assistant to EMEA Partner Management
Location: Madrid, ESP
Key Responsibilities include: Work in partnership with senior leaders, functional business partners, and other EAs to provide seamless support to the organization.Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to re-prioritize as appropriate.Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.Organize and manage meetings, off-sites, launches, and team-based social events.Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles.Work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience assisting at the senior executive level.Experience with reconciling expenses.Substantial experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with domestic and international travel coordination.Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.A flexible approach is a must, and the ability to change direction at a moment's notice.Ability to quickly learn organizational structures, team objectives, and adopt Amazon values and vision.Creative approach to problem-solving and event planning.Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and changing environment with composure.Amazon EAs are the primary point of contact and information flow to and from a variety of teams, clients, and partners to our senior leaders.
