CPM International is a global leader in contact centre and digital marketing solutions with a proven track record of increasing sales and brand awareness for our clients.We're currently looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our Legal Team in Barcelona.This is a very exciting opportunity for graduates in Labour Relations / Human Resources, passionate about people and professional development, who want to improve their skills with experience in an HR department.Tasks:Advice managers and other internal stakeholders on labour and legal matters and procedures.Perform modifications in the Social Security system and the HR system as required, including working conditions modifications (changes in schedule, salary, role, etc).Prepare legal documentation and communications (agreements, sanctions, etc).Prepare documentation for legal proceedings (labour inspections, union meetings, etc.) and participate in Union meetings, internal communication, labour inspections, conciliations, and other legal proceedings.Requirements:Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 / bilingual level) and an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.Previous experience working in an HR team is mandatory (at least 1-2 years).Living in Barcelona, or able to commute - the role is office-based however you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.Degree in Human Resources / Labour Relations.
