Your Responsibilities Thanks to continuous investment, DEME operates one of the largest and most modern and versatile purpose-built fleets in the world.
As a Technical Superintendent, you'll be coordinating the maintenance and repair of that fleet, working in an environment that strongly encourages innovation and will give you the responsibility to make a difference.
Your Profile Qualified in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in (electro)mechanics or the equivalent by experience.
Both hard (technical) and soft skills are required: as a key figure between HQ / project / vessel crew, your people management is as important as your technical knowledge.
You're able to express yourself fluently in English.
Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Problem-solver and able to work independently.
You are prepared to work on one of our overseas sites for extended periods of time.
