Director of Customer SuccessReports to: Vice President of Customer Success
We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Director of Customer Success to join us in our New York office. Remote option: For this position, we will consider remote applicants.
You will focus on leading Ardoq's technical Customer Success Management team in driving meaningful product adoption, mitigating risks, and providing proactive support to a diverse customer base. You will also optimize team performance and development, implementing scalable and repeatable strategies, and promoting seamless collaboration with internal partner teams.
On a typical day, you will:Lead a global team of technical Customer Success Managers, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and operational excellence.Educate the team on customer success best practices, including onboarding, success monitoring health/risk, and driving adoption through proactive engagements.Participate in customer engagements and serve as an escalation point for customer issues, driving swift resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.Provide expertise in Ardoq's platform capabilities, ensuring CSM teams are well-equipped to deliver technical guidance.Guide the evolution of the Customer Success Management function according to global business goals.Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for strategic investment.We imagine you will bring:10 years of experience in customer success management, technical account management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Experience managing global teams and working with enterprise customers in the technology or software industry.People management skills, with experience building and scaling teams.Solid technical experience in IT-related SaaS platforms, such as enterprise architecture, cloud management, Fin Ops, cybersecurity.Presentation skills.The benefits you'll love:Be a part of one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies from the Nordics.Flexible and hybrid working wherever possible to support your work-life balance.Vacation that models Norwegian culture (up to 25 days).401(k) & Paid parental leave.Enjoy access to comprehensive benefits with a wide range of coverage options for medical, dental, vision, and annual HDHP contributions.Additional benefits include commuter benefits, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), team events, and office activities.New office in Manhattan with lunch, snacks, coffee, and drinks provided.Employee stock option program.Personal learning budget for professional growth after six months of employment.A salary of $170,000 - $198,000 gross per year, plus a commission structure.At Ardoq, you will work with bold, caring, and driven people, bridging business and IT.
