Director of Customer SuccessReports to: Vice President of Customer Success
We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Director of Customer Success to join us in our New York office. Remote option: For this position, we will consider remote applicants.
You will focus on leading Ardoq's technical Customer Success Management team in driving meaningful product adoption, mitigating risks, and providing proactive support to a diverse customer base. You will also optimize team performance and development, implementing scalable and repeatable strategies, and promoting seamless collaboration with internal partner teams.
