Carts Guru is looking for a Finance Analyst and Administration to be part of the team! Finance Analyst Administration The Finance Analyst will be part of the Financial team reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Finance Analyst Tasks and Duties Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances and facilitating purchases. Perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the Chief Financial Officer. Collect the providers' invoices, prepare the payments, and coordinate with the help of an external accountant the closing of the month. Report on performance and drive action to facilitate achievement of business & financial objectives. Provide analysis and advice on cost drivers, KPIs, and measures. Help oversee and manage individual customers' accounts. Create, send, and follow up on invoices by using our technology. Review and adhere to department budgets. Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets. Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensuring all calculations and data entries are correct. Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients. Do the final check of the payroll report and prepare payroll payments for employees. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in creating financial reports on a regular basis. Adhere to the company's or organization's financial policies and procedures. Answer questions and provide assistance to providers, customers, and colleagues as needed. Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives. Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions. Support the HR department with the employees' supplies. Check and purchase the office supplies. Finance Assistant Skills and Qualifications Master or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a private company (ideally Tech/Digital) and/or Accounting/Auditing firm. Excellent mathematical skills; understanding of data privacy standards, integrity, honesty, and customer-service skills. Proactively manage time and responsibilities to ensure timelines are achieved. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Familiarity with business principles and practices. Superior attention to detail, organisational skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking skills.
