Your Role: Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Product Owner B2B consultant for one of our main partners, for a hybrid position based in Barcelona.
Start your new adventure in an international and Agile Environment, participating in the development, delivery, and maintenance of business solutions.
You will work closely with commercial, marketing, product, intelligence, and technical teams, as well as business analysts and UX experts to create and deliver best-in-class native features and innovations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Use Analytical Tools/platforms and insights in high volumes data, for backlog refinement.Translate high-level product roadmaps into achievable product backlog items.Provide insight for the overall product roadmap based on specialized knowledge in your area.Compose User Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for features to a high standard considering not only happy paths but also unhappy paths and error conditions.Work with the SCRUM framework, fully Agile team.Manage contact with key stakeholders throughout development and business areas, building strong working relations.Use this knowledge to support continuous improvement and pilot innovation approaches. WHAT WE WANT: At least 5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner, preferably in an international, multi-cultural environment.
Experience in multinational corporations/complex multi markets products.
Experiences managing product cycles end to end: Strong stakeholder management, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries.
Strong Business analysis & Product Management skills are fundamental.
Ecommerce knowledge and web projects experience with B2B projects.
Strong communications and influencing skills.
Good commercial awareness, able to deliver commercial outcomes whilst still delivering for customers.
Strong understanding of relevant digital technologies, with the ability to harness their potential to drive value.
Team management skills for 10+ people group.
High level of Business English is required.
Jira, Google Analytics, Dashboards, Agile project Methodology, Agile, Software, Web Design NICE TO HAVE: Experiences in Subscription (purchasing recurrence), Product Owner certificate (PSPO or similar).
