COCUNAT is looking for a Shipping Specialist - Maternity Leave to ensure on-time delivery of orders with the best customer experience and cost-effective service mode.
In this position a significant amount of time will also be spent on documentation management, producing data and rate control.

Your Responsibilities Direct contact with carriers and freight forwarders to monitor and control shipments and support internal stakeholders with incidents that may arise.
Coordinate the daily operations with our 3PL in Mexico.
Review, validate and approve invoices resulting from logistics processes.
Issue and manage claims for accidents caused during transport service or invoice discrepancies.
Work closely with the Production and Logistics team to coordinate and execute international inventory transfers within the warehouses.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transport and warehousing and provide monthly performance reports.
Support on preparing the peak season to ensure orders are delivered on-time.
Support the product launch ensuring the inventory is available at the warehouse before the launch.
Be the first contact and filter logistics service companies (carriers, fulfillment centers, etc).
Support on projects that may arise from time to time.
Your Profile At least two years of professional experience in logistics and/or supply chain; in a national or international company.
Degree in business administration, finance, engineering or a related field.
Experience handling international shipments.
Experience with Amazon FBA deliveries is considered an asset.
Analytical profile with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize and report.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proactively seek process improvements and accurately documenting workflows.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment; works well under pressure and results oriented.
Knowledge and understanding of the transport industry.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience working with an ERP (Business Central), and TMS is considered an asset.
Fluent in Spanish and advanced English skills.
