Are you ready to join us?Key Responsibilities:Provide IT support to our colleagues – experience with Microsoft Admin Suite and Intune is an advantage but not a requirement.Assist in HR tasks with a special focus on Spanish Labour Law and HSE compliance.Generate reports and statistics to support various teams.Handle administrative tasks across multiple areas, including HR, Marketing, and Systems.Ensure candidate success by supporting our recruiters with the candidate journey.Support with invoicing, mostly in line with Spanish Labour Law, and collaborate on payroll-related tasks.Good to Have Skills Experience:IT: Experience with Microsoft Admin Centre and Intune.HR: Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law.Reporting: Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets for data analysis.Administrative Support: Comfortable handling invoicing; Experience with recruitment systems or familiarity with video and audio editing tools.Cross-Functional Skills: Willingness to take on tasks across marketing, IT, sourcing, and systems.What We're Looking For:Passionate about building and engaging communities.Familiarity with video and audio editing tools
