We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team in Spain as an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Compliance / Risk Apprentice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate to learn and grow in the field of sustainability & ESG.
As an ESG Compliance / Risk Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced analysts to develop your skills in evaluating companies' ESG performance and integrating sustainability factors.
Based in our main office in Madrid or at our office in Malaga, the apprenticeship role is for an initial 12 months with a potential permanent role once the apprenticeship is completed.

What You'll Do:The monitoring and analysis of new regulatory requirements and legislative proposals in the context of ESG.Identify potential ESG risks that could impact the company's operations, reputation, or financial performance.The coordination and implementation of EMEA regulatory requirements in close collaboration with other departments (e.g., Legal, Product & Trade Compliance).The implementation and realization of new ESG Projects to mitigate identified ESG risks and drive the ESG strategy. What We're Looking For:A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or IT with a focus on sustainability.Someone who understands both the environmental and human impacts of business decisions and who advocates for environmentally and socially responsible outcomes.Excellent organizational & communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive approach to working and learning.Familiar with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
