MissionManage the daily data entry and verification processes, ensuring that fragrance formulations and raw materials comply with internal requirements and company standards enabling efficiency of all involved departments.
FunctionsSAP Code Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of codes in the SAP system, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency.Database Control: Conduct studies and correct inaccurate data to maintain a reliable database.Procedure Documentation: Draft and update departmental work procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to extract requested information and modify data as needed.Project Participation: Collaborate on both internal and external projects as requested by the manager, and take full responsibility for some projects.Support and Backup: Provide backup and support to Key Users within the department.Cross-Departmental Relations: Maintain relationships with departments involved in code creation, both at Headquarters and subsidiaries (Asia, Middle East, Europe and Latin America).IT Collaboration: Work with the IT department to resolve issues and support other departments requiring assistance with master data.Experience requiredAt least 1 year of experience in database management-related work.
Educational BackgroundIntermediate or Advanced Degree.
LanguagesSpanish: bilingual.
English: high.
