A fantastic opportunity within our growing Public Sector business.
Due to increasing demands, we are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Contract Management, working closely with the Sales Operations Team Lead.
In this role, the responsibilities will be multifaceted and crucial to our operations.
You will ensure that all contracts align with group compliance and strategy, reviewing legal and commercial terms in cooperation with our group legal department.
Additionally, you will support the business in preparing national public sector tenders, ensuring contracts meet all necessary requirements.
As the point of contact for consultants regarding client contracts within Spanish Public sector accounts, you will play a vital role in the risk assessment of existing contracts.
Your expertise in tender and proposal management will be key as you coordinate the technical and administrative aspects of tenders and collaborate with our internal Tender sales team.
Providing analyses and information on national Tender & Proposal requests will be another important aspect of your role.
Furthermore, you will support business consultants by providing data and figures for Key Clients, regularly distributing information to stakeholders.
Strong collaboration with national key Account Management will be essential.
Ensuring systems and databases are up to date and assisting in maximizing tender business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will need to follow up on ongoing requests, monitor performance, and participate in other special projects as required.
Responsibilities: Ensure contracts are in line with group compliance and strategy, reviewing legal and commercial terms in cooperation with the group legal department.
Support the business in the preparation of national public sector tenders.
Point of contact for consultants regarding client contracts in Spanish Public sector accounts and in the risk assessment of existing contracts.
Invoicing and order management for public sector (administrative tasks).
Coordinate technical and administrative parts of tenders and collaborate with the internal Tender sales team.
Provide analyses and information on national Tender & Proposal requests.
Support business consultants with data and figures for Key Clients, regularly distributing information to stakeholders.
Collaborate strongly with national key Account Management.
Ensure systems and databases are up to date and assist in maximizing tender business opportunities.
Follow up on ongoing requests, monitor performance, and participate in other special projects.
Education and Experience Required: First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills (e.g., written and verbal).
