.Job Purpose: The IT Program Manager provides program level leadership across a program and/or several projects with millions of dollars of investment and a direct impact to the entire organization, while managing C-suite visibility and reporting requirements. As the SPOC for the entire program, they direct all facets of the program to include, for example, facilitation of C-suite and business alignment, establishing and running program governance, ensuring the realization of program level benefits, and leading a set of project managers to achieve the desired outcomes. The programs they manage are often global in nature, highly complex technically, organizationally and politically, and require a much higher level of leadership ability than other projects. The program manager has the ability to manage outcomes across multiple teams, time zones, and cultures, driving for results in very ambiguous and challenging situations. The Senior Corporate Security Project Manager EMEA will be the point person for TD SYNNEX's day-to-day EMEA physical security operations. This position will be hands on, interact and coordinate with management across the company to plan, implement, and maintain/update all security management policies, procedures, programs, and strategic plans consistent with TD SYNNEX's culture and values. The incumbent will lead and support the EMEA Regional Corporate Security Managers with the development and implementation of TD SYNNEX's global physical security risk management strategy, associated programs, and underlying policies and procedures. The role will report directly to the Director Corporate Security EMEA & APJ and serves as his/her replacement during his/her absence.ResponsibilitiesWorks with IT and business executives, IT delivery leads, regional leadership, and project managers to align governance, goals, resources, schedules, assignments, budgets, risk management, and metrics to ensure delivery of desired outcomes. Act as the single point of contact for the program across US, Europe and APAC. (30%)Ensures all projects and workstreams achieve their desired outcomes by providing oversight of schedules, resources, scope, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications, taking corrective actions proactively. (20%)Directs project managers regarding communications and reporting across all impacted stakeholders, region(s), and project team members, developing and continually improving the effectiveness of communications to their stakeholders and senior leadership. (10%)Desired Skills and Experience8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing/supervising employees.Master's/Postgraduate Degree preferred.Bachelor's Degree required.Other Education/Certifications: PMP or other related project management/portfolio management certifications.Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
