This specialist will support logistics operation in Spain and Portugal organization including warehouse management, inventory, shipment i.E. to ensure country growth, and will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain .In this role, the main responsibilities are:Responsibility for the areas of incoming goods, warehouse and shipping for Order Processing: Order Management (purchases/invoicing), Backlog management.Establish and expand the organization of the logistics chain (reception and shipment of merchandise, and Management of incidents).Accounting/DMS support.During the first year, being involved in the implementation of a new ERP and process management.The essential requirements of the job include:Excellent written and spoken English.Experience in logistics, import & export, 3PL management, i.E. with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
