Job Description: Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)

Location: Sofia (Hybrid/Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 40 Hours per week and 8 Hours per day.

Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team.
The role offers the flexibility of hybrid/remote work while focusing on delivering top-notch customer support to our clients.
As part of our team, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory. Good command of English for internal communication. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
