Your daily responsibilities will be:Strategy: You will have to put in place clear and executional strategic plans for the full logistics, warehouse and transportation. Also plan, build, and recruit with the Vice President of Global Logistics a logistics team to support the current and future business.Stock Accuracy: You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring stock accuracy in CDC's, working closely with the buying and merchandising team to ensure the smooth flow of stock from supplier through to end users with effective and well-organized processes and procedures to count and track stock by unit and costs.Stock Availability: You will support and advise the buying and merchandising team to ensure that stock availability is fully maximized, and latest products are in the right spaces to be sold at the right time. You will also implement the strategy of stock security of the stock from theft and damage throughout the journey from supplier, into CDC, through to retail locations and to final customer.Operational Efficiency: You will decide, track, and manage the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Also, liaise and negotiate with suppliers, shippers, transport, and couriers to maintain the best rates and service levels within set budgets and KPIs.Stakeholder Relationship: You will be responsible for strategic management of relationships with third-party providers to ensure utilization of services and goods to maximum effect and within budget. Responsible for monitoring performance of the CDC sites and report to internal team and Partner when and how appropriate when performance levels are not being achieved.Laws and Regulations: You will have to ensure all logistics teams and operations comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.What do we offer:Competitive salary, bonus & benefits commensurate with experience.Join an international company with big impact.The office is located in Madrid.What do you need for this role?A minimum of 8 years' experience managing and leading the logistics operations for a FMCG and/or Fashion online and/or fulfillment operation B2B and B2C.Excellent influencing skills to support needs of the internal and external stakeholder teams at every level.Efficient and well-organized supply chain through strong leadership and strategic thinking.Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced and pressured environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
