Provide marketing leadership and support in the identification, planning, and implementation of portfolio marketing strategies that address the company's objectives and market needs in support of Business Unit opportunities.Build and sustain excellent relationships with Business Unit Communications, Sales regions, 3rd party industry bodies, and other stakeholders to develop Marketing activities that generate a Return on Investment.

Are you ready to define the future of travel with us?What You Will DoReview and set key priorities for the Marketing of the SITA portfolio to focus on areas which will help the Business Unit and sales reach their business targets via market analysis, identified demand, and industry trend data.Increase the competitive market position and customer perception of the SITA portfolio by assessing and repositioning elements based upon market trend information and marketing intelligence.Establish and drive Marketing plans sales programmes which support the SITA strategy and key initiatives to achieve planned rollout metrics and budget targets.Work with Product Management Best Practice in order to drive Marketing activities in support of the BU product management community and ensure the successful implementation and commercial impact of any plan.Identify key stakeholders and gather market trend data and intelligence through attendance at industry events; positioning SITA at industry events and attendance at Customer Boards.Perform/oversee market and competitive analysis activities to identify key marketing opportunities.Provide input to SITA's 3-year business plan and board portfolio session.Develop market communication contents for specific portfolio components and selected industry trends.QualificationsWho You Are:3+ years commercial experience in sales or marketing.3+ years of product marketing experience at a senior level in the area of IT solutions services/IT.Minimum of 3 years work experience at a management level within IT/ATI in a commercial context.Proven track record in the successful launch of new products or services.Proven ability to contribute to the implementation of a portfolio marketing strategy.In-depth knowledge or work experience in at least one or more SITA target market segments.Strong financial and competitive analysis skills.Ability to build relationships and influence and motivate others; to adapt quickly and make sound business judgments and decisions.Business development and Sales knowledge.What We OfferSITA's workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues who've been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.SITA is a place of change and constant improvement, where we're always pushing ourselves to find better ways of doing things: smarter, quicker, easier, for us and our customers and for their customers too.
