We are looking for a Sales Assistant (M/F) Full time (fixed term contract) for our new store in Madrid.
Your missions will include: Delivering a unique customer experience:Make the customer the priority to guarantee optimal customer service.Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation.Welcome customers with generosity and empathy to offer the best possible experience.Consider the personality of customers to identify their desires.Help them discover the brand and our different worlds/products.Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature.Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products.Propose specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction to build loyalty.Know our CSR policy to respond to customers.Guaranteeing the brand image:Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising.Check the labeling of products on the floor.Participate in the implementation of merchandising and ensure its follow-up.Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store.Have a fashion culture to make proposals.Ensuring the smooth running of Operations:Apply Sézane policies, standards, and procedures.Collect and respect procedures related to operations.Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations).Participate in defining the number of staff required to meet customer expectations.Ensure proper stock management.Being a team player:Participate in all related tasks.Create a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy.Relay the brand's commitments. Requirements: You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, hotel industry, catering, sales, or animation, or you are driven by customer relations.You have a sense of service, excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sense.You have team spirit and the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.You are full of energy and dislike boredom.
