Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Head, Neuroscience Medical Franchise within the US Medical Affairs Neuroscience organization located in Titusville, NJ.The Head, Neuroscience Medical Franchise (HNMF) will lead a strategic, diverse team comprised of Medical Communications, Scientific Exchange, Medical Field Excellence and Operations, and Advance Practice Providers (APP) Strategy. This is a key role with strategic alignment and execution of activities related to the Neuroscience Medical Affairs team and Neuroscience business unit including Franchise Brand Planning, optimization of content and Multichannel approach/platforms, APP strategy, and overall operational and strategic team effectiveness.This position reports directly to the VP of US Medical Affairs, Neuroscience and will be part of the Medical Affairs Leadership Team.Responsibilities include:Working in close alignment with Therapeutic Area Leads, MSL Heads, RWE Lead, Sr Director of NS Franchise, Strategy/Insights/Analytics Lead, Directors of Marketing, and other cross-functional Key Stakeholders within NS Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, and R&D.Understanding data, analytics/Digital AI, and technological advancements to generate insights and apply appropriately into Medical Franchise strategy.Leading strategic competitive monitoring, discussing with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating insights into actionable customer-focused initiatives.Collaborating with pipeline planning team for new product launches and developing US medical strategy.Being responsible for Scientific Communication Plan, Publication Plan, Congress Strategy Plan, and Multichannel Approach Plan.Ensuring operational and strategic effectiveness, budget allocation/monitoring, contracting, and project tracking.Focusing on learning & development leveraging cross-functional resources.Supporting a strong and impactful APP Medical Strategy for each specific Neuroscience Therapeutic Area.Qualifications:MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, or other doctoral degree is required.Minimum of 10 years of Medical Affairs, Clinical, and/or Research & Development experience is required.Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.Experience and knowledge in Neuroscience, Schizophrenia, or Mood drug development and/or Medical Affairs is preferred.Prior people management experience is required.Demonstrated success leading multi-level teams and team collaboration is preferred.This position is located in Titusville, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule with some travel required.For additional information on benefits and to apply, visit the Johnson & Johnson careers website.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
