SAP Consultant / Payroll Consultant with GermanAs a member of ADP's GlobalView Global Consulting Services (GCS) team, you are responsible for delivering consulting missions to our ADP Global Payroll clients.
Supporting them with client-side project activities, working with the ADP team to ultimately support clients to achieve a successful project go live.
The work will be done in project mode, where the GCS Consultant will play the role of external consultant, working together with the client's stakeholders to coordinate and deliver on the agreed engagement scope.Responsibilities:Support the client with requirements gathering activities and active contribution to the blueprinting workshops.Work with the client team to help capture all necessary business requirements and any program specifications as requested by the ADP team.Work with the ADP team to solve issues gaps between client requirements and ADP GlobalView template.Analyze complex problems; provide new perspectives on existing client solutions and processes; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and make recommendations for improvements.Support with data gathering activities and liaise with different client stakeholders to provide requested data in the format expected by ADP.Handle and collaborate with the ADP team throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.Possess strong SAP payroll configuration skills and support clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test, and Go-Live phases.Write testing scenarios and validate testing results ensuring that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule.Possess a good understanding of Germany payroll, HR, and legal framework.Provide relevant coaching and knowledge sharing opportunities for other members of the project team and work in close relationship with other relevant client stakeholders.Project Management Activities:Liaise with the client's Project Manager or Global Project team assigned to the project, providing regular status updates and early warnings of any slippage/problems that may occur.
Able to work independently, under pressure, handling sensitive information with the right level of detail and attention.
