Permanent Full Time Function: Operations
The Role: - A visionary Product Manager to join the Sonnedix one team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the development of our digital Operations / Business Platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable and compelling product features, ensuring seamless alignment with organisational goals and strategies. A key focus of this role will be to drive user adoption and satisfaction, with an emphasis on delivering a top-tier Decision Support System (DSS) / Executive Information System (EIS) that provides strategic and tactical information to drive efficiencies, streamline processes and enhance commercial outcomes.
- The Product Manager will collaborate closely with users, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to focus on capturing, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements effectively. This entails defining and refining user journeys and acceptance criteria to steer development efforts, with a priority on features that have a significant business impact and user value. Maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap is crucial, aligning it with business priorities, milestones, and market trends, and regularly reporting progress against set benchmarks. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, the goal is to facilitate communication and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Advocating for the user is essential, ensuring that the Operations/Business Platform meets their needs and expectations, and implementing strategies to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
Desirable skills: Solid understanding of commercial renewable energy operations, including KPIs.Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable and compelling product features.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Please submit your CV in English.
