Requires expertise in change control, software project management, interfacing with engineering staff, design documentation, and documentation control.Your main responsibilities:Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and supports the project team with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing development deliverables.Facilitates SCRUM ceremonies.Accountable for identifying, planning, and tracking project documentation deliverables according to Quality System processes and driving excellence in Agile ways of working.Collaborates with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track the delivery of development and design change processes within the Agile framework and creates/maintains comprehensive reports to communicate the status to project leaders.Coordinates with cross-functional teams to monitor the status of any dependencies the project team has and drives timely handoffs per project schedule.Facilitates technical review meetings and drives completion of any identified action items.Creates and maintains best practice and operating procedure documentation in the team knowledgebase.Drives continuous improvement focus across project teams to ensure consistency and alignment, while also recommending process improvements based on feedback and experience.Manages and maintains Design History Files (DHF) in the Electronic Document Management System.Manages different change workflows via the Electronic Document Management System.Models our speak-up culture in a constructive and professional manner.Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promotes Quality First Time.Other duties as assigned by management.Who you are:You have the ability to create project documentation/reports that are complete, consistent, and usable.You have the ability to create/edit operating procedures and document work accurately.You have the ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders.You have the ability to manage by and meet deadlines.You have excellent time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.You have strong skills in the use of software development and delivery platforms (such as Jira/ADO).You have the ability to use an electronic document management system.
