At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!Recognized multinational company located in Barcelona.THE DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION (DEI) OFFICER WILL SUPPORT PEOPLE & CULTURE UNIT IN THE FOLLOWING MAIN DUTIES: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy in place, including Key Performance Indicators, identifying areas of strengths and improvement, contributing to the design of the next action plan.Identify and develop tailored initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, in alignment with F4E corporate objectives and HR Strategy.Keep track of relevant metrics as part of the new action plan.Collaborate with the HR Unit and other key stakeholders (such as Employee Resource Group) to facilitate coordination on diversity, equity and inclusion topics.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff and managers, fostering awareness, empathy, and cultural competence on DEI-related topics.Minimum Requirements: Educational Level: A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma or, where justified in the interest of the service, professional training or professional experience of an equivalent level.Professional Experience: Job-related proven experience of minimum 6 years following the education requirements.Computer Literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).Language Skills: All candidates shall have at least a level of English as C1 or equivalent.Estimated Duration: 6 monthsDesired Starting Date: As soon as possibleLocation: Barcelona, cerca de Diagonal Mar#J-18808-Ljbffr
