Role Overview: Labour Relations ManagementThe Labour Relations Manager will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive work environment by implementing effective labor relations strategies.
This position requires strategic management and negotiation skills to foster strong relations between management and employees.
There will be a reorganization and this role will have to lead the negotiations with the unions.
Please note that this will be an interim position lasting one year, without commitment to stay once the project is finished.
