An exciting opportunity has arisen in Kongsberg Maritime as the Global Customer Support Division in EMEA region.
We are looking for a QHSE with experience to join our committed team.
In this role you will ensure compliance with education requirements, annual and initial medical check-ups, and corporate documentation, ensuring safe access according to regulations, quality standards, and maritime safety.
In addition, you will manage the quality audits and related documentation.
Requirements Vocational education within Health & Safety area.
Valuable intermediate H&S Technician or Master in H&S.
Knowledge about documentation in H&S.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, but also valuable ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Good English skills.
Oral test will be conducted at the first stage of the process.
Experience with CAE platforms.
Experience attending quality audits will be considered.
Advanced user of Office tools.
Good communication abilities.
Detail oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and focused on continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities CAE Management.
Coordinate safety measures plan.
Design and execute HS training plan for new joiners and HS continuous training annual plan.
Request and assist with risk evaluation and prevention activity plan with the External party (Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA)).
Collaborate with SPA to evaluate HS measures in each work center and type of job.
Investigate accidents and incidents and communicate them in their respective platforms.
Assist with Emergency and Evacuation Plan.
Manage health-monitoring programme.
Organize and follow-up medical annual check-ups.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) management: ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ensuring storage, registration, and delivery according to the plan and their roles.
Achieve and ensure quality, health & safety, and environment goals.
Maintain our quality plan system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 rules.
