About the Role:

Location: Madrid (Hybrid)
This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing pre-sales activities, driving online sales across 5-6 countries in Europe, increasing conversion rates, and managing a high-performing team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to ensure the highest quality in all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Management: Work closely with the Head of Pre-Sales to ensure effective client engagement and seamless transition from pre-sales to sales. Develop and implement collaborative strategies with the pre-sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
Online Sales Management: Drive online sales performance across 5-6 countries, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30+ sales professionals, including the Pre-Sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting high levels of employee engagement and performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive sales strategies, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that sales processes and strategies are aligned with data insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards across all sales activities. Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
